Steps to Order Branded Products

Step 1 : Find your products
There are several easy ways to find what you need. Type a product name or keyword into the search bar at the top of any page, and matching products appear as you type. You can also browse the menu, where products are grouped into categories and subcategories. Prefer to talk to someone? Step 2 :Choose your options
Click a product to open its page, where you’ll find photos, details and available options. Choose the quantity you need and any options the product offers, such as colour or size, then add it to your quote.

Step 3 : Submit your quote request
Your quote keeps every item you add while you browse, so you can collect products from different categories in one request. When you’re ready, open your quote and submit it. There’s no payment at this stage.

Step 4 :We get in touch
After you submit your request, one of our team will contact you within 1 Working day. We’ll answer your questions, recommend the best branding method for each product, and confirm pricing. We then finalise your quote and send it to you.

Step 5 : Pay a 50% deposit
When you’re happy with your quote, we send you an invoice. A 50% deposit is needed to start your order. You can pay by (e.g. EFT, card or PayFast). Terms and conditions apply.

Step 6 : Approve your artwork
Our design team checks your logo and, if needed, redraws or converts it to the format required for branding. We send you a digital layout showing your logo on each product. Production only starts once you approve it. Need help with your logo? See our Artwork & Design Packages.

Step 7 : Production
With your artwork approved, your order goes into production. Each product is branded using the method that suits it best: embroidery, screen printing, pad printing, laser engraving or full-colour printing. Production usually takes 3 - 7 working days after approval, depending on the products and quantities. We’ll let you know if anything affects your timeline.

Step 8 : Pay the balance
When production is complete, we send you a request for the remaining 50%. Optionally, if you do this: We’ll also send photos of your finished order so you can see the result before it ships.

Step 9 : Delivery
As soon as your balance is received, we arrange delivery by courier and send you the tracking details. We deliver nationwide across South Africa.

We ask for a 50% deposit to start your order. The remaining 50% is due once production is complete, before your order is dispatched. We accept (e.g. EFT, card, PayFast).

Minimums depend on the product and branding method. Your quote will always show the minimum for each item, and we’re happy to suggest alternatives if you need smaller quantities.

Send us whatever you have: a JPG, PDF, Word document or even a clear photo. Our design team will check it and, if needed, redraw or convert it. See our Artwork & Design Packages for details.

Yes. We send you a digital layout showing your logo on each product. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.

Once your products are branded, changes aren’t possible, so please check spelling, colours and logo placement carefully before approving.

Most orders take 3 working days after artwork approval, depending on the products, quantities and branding method. If you have a deadline, tell us when you request your quote and we’ll confirm whether we can meet it.

Yes. Add everything to one quote, and we’ll quote, produce and deliver it together.

Yes. We deliver by courier anywhere in South Africa and send tracking details once your order is dispatched. Delivery costs are included in your quote.

Unbranded samples are available for many products on request. Ask when you submit your quote request.
